“Elks Head Trail is delightful hike beginning from either Trinidad State Beach or College Cove to the North of Trinidad. It is a beautiful trail which meanders through the forest ending at an impressive promontory called Elks Head. Bring a “picnic breakfast” early in the morning when it’s calm and watch for whales go by from the head. On the way back, take the stairs down to College Cove beach and stay the day!”
